End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation and respect for yourself, your body, your health and your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel the release and freedom that forgiveness brings. Begin to relax, feel the release, and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a new mindset, one that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.

Visualization
Cleansing and Healing
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, breathe in, let it out, breathe in, and let it out slowly. Begin to feel relaxed. Breathe in relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Breathe in deep and become relaxed. Begin to calm your thoughts, mind and body. Take another calming breath and release. Close your eyes and visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed. Begin to feel love for your body. Begin to think positive loving healing thoughts. Send loving thoughts to every area of your body. Repeat the thought; I am grateful for my life and health. Focus your thoughts and attention on perfect health. Send thoughts of love throughout your entire body. Begin to feel and think the thoughts "I am thankful for my life and I am grateful for my body". Repeat this thought as much as YOU can prior to bed. Take a slow deep breath and release. Take another calming breath and slowly release it. Relax and feel peaceful within.
