After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....
Quiet Reflection: End each day with quiet reflection. Take this time to disconnect from your world and all of it's cares. Take a few moments to find forgiveness. Forgive yourself and forgive others. Feel the feeling of forgiveness, combine this feeling with the thoughts of letting go. Take a few moments tonight to relax and emotionally let the events of your day and past go! Begin to feel the feeling of gratitude. Give thanks for your life and health. Sit quietly and feel the calming feeling peacefulness. Visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind, your thoughts and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am relaxed". While YOU are thinking and feeling thoughts of peace and relaxation, breathe, long, slow breaths . Do this for a few moments prior to bed.
