End your day with being thankful for another day. It is very important to think and feel the feeling of gratitude. Sit for just a few moments and just feel the feelings of gratitude and thankfulness. Relax and allow this feeling to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). While you are thinking and feeling, just breathe, long, slow breaths. Do this for just a few moments tonight and each night prior to bed. When it is time to sleep, turn the tv off and rest.... Peacefully!
