End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation.
Focus your thoughts on forgivness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.
Take a few moments to relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to bring yourself into a calm tranquil mood. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Feel feelings of peaceful gratitude and appreciation, take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health.
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed inside of a beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM." As YOU begin to feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths.
