Quiet Reflection and Visualization
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release and unwind. Take slow, deep breaths and slowly begin to calm and relax yourself. Breathe in deeply and begin to mentally and emotionally relax. Sit quietly and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Breathe in slowly and begin to release the events of your day, slow your thoughts and feel the feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in your beautiful garden. Enjoy the quiet silence of love, joy and peace that exists within your garden. Begin to let go of the mental and emotional events of your day and feel the freedom, safety and security all around YOU. Feel calm tranquil aliveness that exists within your beautiful garden. Feel loved, feel unique, feel special and feel the power of your unlimited potential..... Become thankful for the YOU within, relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Loved, I AM Respected and I AM Peaceful"
