Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Begin to forgive yourself for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within. Allow yourself to release and let it all go. Begin to relax and feel good on the within. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Visualization
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Close your eyes and begin to practice finding your central focal point. To do this, visualize a dot within your mind. Begin to focus on this dot. Continue to visualize your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU begin to see and visualize this dot. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue to focus on it.Practice making this dot small and then large. Practice changing the colors of the dot from black to white to yellow. Continue to practice developing your central focal point. Visualization exercises help YOU to develop and maintain mental focus.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers. Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for YOU, your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. YOU can begin to create balance within your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully...
