Peaceful Relaxation
Close your eyes take a deep breath and allow yourself to become relaxed and peaceful. Take this time to just release and let go. Begin to mentally release the responsibilities of your day. Let go of all of your worries, let go of all of your cares, let go of all of the pressures, deadlines and demands of your day. For this moment and this moment only, let it all go! Release it and just relax. See and feel the stress, pressures and any difficulties of the day just floating away from YOU. Begin to turn it off, shut it down and allow the stress of the day to just disappear. Take several deep breaths and allow the stress in your life to slowly evaporate. Dismiss any feelings of frustration, anger or insecurity; just let it gently fall away from you. Begin to feel very light and very peaceful.
