The Goal of Empowerment 365
The goal of Empowerment 365 is to create a foundation for Personal Empowerment by introducing and combining the Empowerment tools of gratitude and forgiveness with relaxation and visualization techniques each night. This process is designed to assist YOU in creating emotional balance and mental focus within your life. The idea here is to end each day with practicing gratitude and forgiveness. Within the process each day ends with quiet reflection and thoughts of appreciation for life and health.
The Process of Empowerment
The Process of Empowerment begins with creating mental and emotional balance within. It begins with mentally and emotionally releasing the events of your day each night prior to sleep. The next step within the process is the development and practice of visualization. Visualization is utilized to assist developing mental concentration and in the process of releasing the issues and concerns of the day. The final step within the process is the development of quiet space and quiet periods prior to ending the day. Lastly, we review our goals and encourage YOU to turn off the TV/radio and allow your mind and body to rest peacefully. The quietness of sleep allows you to rest and quietly sleep without disturbance.
Quiet Reflection and Visualization
Breathe in slowly and release. Take this time to relax and release. Take slow, deep breaths and slowly begin to calm and relax yourself. Breathe in and begin to mentally and emotionally relax. Sit quietly and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Begin to release the events of your day, slow your thoughts and feel the feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Breathe in, release and visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Visualize and see the beautiful soft green grass, the beautiful flowers, beautiful green trees and a clear blue sky. Feel comfortable, safe and secure within your garden. Allow yourself to relax and feel peace, love and harmony all around YOU. Begin to feel the calm, tranquil, peaceful aliveness that exists within your beautiful garden. Enjoy the comforts of your garden, a space where there are no worries, no pain, no sorrow and no suffering. Enjoy a quiet space within, where there are no cares, deadlines, bills or responsibilities. Take a few moments to just sit and enjoy the relaxing quiet of silence and the positive energy of love, joy and peace that exists within your garden. Breathe in and slowly release. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your entire body. Quietly and slowly repeat "I AM Relaxed and I AM Peaceful."

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and allow your mind and body to rest...... Peacefully.....
