Day 32 of 365
Beginning Your Day
The Tight Rope
Let's imagine for a moment that YOU are on a tightrope, 1000 feet or so above ground. Up there, all YOU are equipped with is a balancing pole, and the rope on which YOU stand (life). While on this rope or in your life, YOU are attempting to do the best that YOU can to balance it all. By it all I mean; your responsibilities, deadlines, work, school, home, family, children, relationships, experiences and etc. As YOU are aware most of the time the balancing act can be difficult. In order to bring complete balance into your life YOU must develop and maintain focus. YOU must begin walking this rope by or with faith. The Power of Empowerment will help YOU todevelop and utilize gratitude and focus to balance all the activities and experiences of life. We accomplish this by attempting to work at developing complete mental focus. Begin to balance your past negativity (thoughts, behaviors, actions, activities) and the negativity of others with complete forgiveness, faith, focus and continuous effort to help keep your life balanced. Begin to utilize focus and faith to maintain balance in your life today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
Bringing Closure
To bring closure to your old life, take a few moments today to reflect on all of the years that YOU have lived through.... Be thankful for each moment, each second, and each heart beat for it all was a gift and a blessing. Think of each breath that was taken and the miracle that occurs each day to arise and participate in yet another day. Reflect on the thoughts, emotions and energy that YOU spent this year and what it was spent it on. Reflect on the tears that were cried, the smiles, the laughter, the love, the joy, the pain, the sorrow and the happiness. Reflect on the days of sunshine, rain, blue sky, clouds, the darkness of night and the stars... Be thankful for the earth, its oceans, the animals, and the trees. See it all, the friends, the family, the days, nights and the events that surrounds your life... the people, the places, and the things. Reflect upon the good decisions and the bad, the ups and the downs, the highs and the lows. After your reflection, think of the one constant there that is experiencing it all... The one constant in it all was YOU. Reflect now, on what YOU have seen and experienced, as YOU viewed through your eyes out into the reality we call life.... See YOU; see yourself, your actions, your activities and your possessions..... Be thankful for it all. Realize that YOU are the gift; YOU are what it has been all about. As YOU bring closure to one month, offer forgiveness to those who were negative and hurtful in any way, offer forgiveness to yourself for any negative actions that YOU may have taken as well. Bring closure to this month by learning from both the good and the bad and by attempting to understand the purpose of all of the experiences in your life. Know that as the old month ends and a new one begins, YOU did the best that YOU could do for where YOU were at this time in your life. Be thankful for your life for it is a gift to YOU. Begin today, to create the life that YOU desire. Begin today, to love yourself more, begin today to respect yourself more, begin today to appreciate yourself more. Today and each day of your life, attempt to appreciate YOU and all that YOU bring to the world. Begin to recognize and be grateful for all of your special gifts and talents. Begin today, to work toward making month your greatest ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be today, each day, everyday, one day at a time!
