Ending Your Day
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts of appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Appreciate all of the little things that we tend to take for granted. Stop for just a moment and look at the things that YOU YOU take for granted each day. Become thankful for life, know that it is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within, feel the release, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to balance yourself and your ego. Practice humility by making others equal to yourself. Remember, on the inside we all are the same and we have to treat one another with love and respect. Begin to practice humility by living each day without becoming boastful, prideful or arrogant.
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your central focal point. Do this by visualizing a dot within your mind. Continue to visualize your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it then begin to completely focus on it. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue maintain your focus upon it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point. Visualization exercises help YOU to develop and maintain mental focus.
Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Close your eyes and visualize and see yourself in a dim hall way. YOU are comfortable, safe, free and peaceful. Just down the hallway from YOU there is a very dim light that YOU can faintly see at the bottom of a door. YOU begin to feel drawn toward the door. As YOU move closer YOU feel love and peace emanating from the door. As YOU move closer, YOU begin to feel love and harmony. As YOU move closer to the door YOU begin to feel light and very calm. As YOU stand in front of the door YOU sense and feel a feeling of harmony and happiness that are just beyond the door. As YOU reach out to open the door, YOU grasp and touch a beautiful golden handle. As YOU touch and feel the door handle, YOU begin to feel a vibration. This vibration begins to grow stronger and stronger. Along with this vibration YOU begin to sense and feel a surge of positive energy and love that YOU have never felt or experienced before. Allow this positive energy to slowly and gently fill your entire body. As YOU begin to feel very light, YOU begin to feel your feet gently lift from the floor. The atmosphere all around you becomes warm, tranquil and inviting. YOU begin to see golden sparkles of light moving all around YOU. Around the bottom and sides of the door YOU see a faint glow of light. As YOU begin to turn the door handle YOU begin to gently float. Suddenly YOU become happy, peaceful and calm; there is a feeling tranquility that begins to move all around YOU. As YOU move into the room YOU begin to feel and see a beautiful warm golden light. This light is peaceful, loving, kind and gentle. The further YOU move into the room, the softer this golden light becomes. As YOU begin to float toward the center of the room, the warm light begins to lovingly engulf YOU. YOU sense and feel that the light is welcoming YOU and is happy that YOU have finally arrived. YOU begin to feel your mind and thoughts becoming clear and YOU sense and feel an emotional balance within. YOU are now completely mentally and emotionally relaxed from being within the embrace of this light. Begin to feel the love and happiness that radiates from and exists within this beautiful loving light. Sense and feel the light begin to draw from YOU any and all negativity, anxiety, frustration, stress and hurt from the deepest parts within YOU. Feel a tingle move through your body as the light replaces all of the negativity with its love, joy harmony and peace. Embrace its love, peace joy and happiness and become one with the light. Feel all of the tranquility, power and strength that the light provides. Begin to feel relaxed, secure and peaceful. Feel the peace, allow it to fill your body, allow it to become apart of YOU. Begin to feel calm, relaxed and light. Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Relax and feel the peace, love and tranquility that currently exist within YOU.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully...
