Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation and respect for yourself, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel the release and freedom that forgiveness brings. Begin to relax, feel the release, and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a new mindset, one that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in and slowly begin to mentally, relax. Completely calm and relax your mind and thoughts. Completely calm and relax your emotions, feelings and body. Close your eyes relax and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Begin to feel completely relaxed and begin to slowly release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude, respect and appreciation for YOU, your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and truly become thankful for your life and health. Begin to create balance within your life by mentally and emotionally releasing the past.
Visualization
The Light
Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Breathe in again and slowly release. Close your eyes and visualize and see yourself in a comfortable, safe, and peaceful place. Just in front of YOU appears a beautiful golden light. YOU begin to feel drawn toward this light. As YOU move closer YOU feel love and peace emanating from the light. As YOU move closer to the light YOU begin to feel joy. YOU begin to feel light and very calm. As YOU stand in front of the light YOU begin to sense and feel harmony and happiness. As YOU reach out to touch the light, YOU begin to feel a vibration. As this vibration moves through your body it grows stronger and stronger. YOU now begin to sense and feel a surge of positive energy and love that is the source of the light. Allow this positive energy and love to slowly and gently fill your entire body. YOU begin to feel very light and YOU begin to feel love, pure love. All around YOU becomes serene, quiet and tranquil. This light is peaceful, loving, kind and gentle. As the warm light begins to lovingly embrace YOU, YOU begin to sense and feel that the light is welcoming YOU and is happy that YOU have finally arrived. YOU begin to feel your mind and thoughts becoming clear and YOU sense and feel an emotional balance within. YOU are now completely mentally and emotionally relaxed from being within the embrace of this light. Begin to feel the love and happiness that radiates from and exists within this beautiful loving light. Sense and feel the light extracting all negativity, anxiety, frustration, stress, hurt and paint from the deepest inner most parts within YOU. Feel the power of unconditional love move through your body as the light replaces all of the negativity with love, joy harmony and peace. Feel the love, peace, joy and happiness and become one with the light. Feel the tranquility, power and strength that the light provides. Begin to feel relaxed, secure and peaceful. Feel the peace, allow it to fill your body, allow it to become apart of YOU. Begin to feel calm, relaxed and light. Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Relax and feel the peace, love and tranquility that currently exist within YOU.
