Begin Your Begin Quiet Relaxation by:
Taking a few moments to breathe in and just relax.
Close your eyes and begin to take a few slow, deep breaths... Taking them in and letting them out slowly....
Begin to relax yourself by slowly mentally relaxing your forehead....,
your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and fingers.
Mentally relax your chest...., back...... and abdomen.
Slowly mentally....., relax your legs....., thighs....,
completely relax your calves....., ankles......, feet...... and toes.
Pause for a moment just breathe in and relax your mind and body....
Completely let go of all worries, cares, issues and concerns.
Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release any and all negativity and past hurts.
Gently breathe in and slowly release
Sit for a moment and feel completely relaxed and peaceful.
Now that your are relaxed continue to enjoy your day!
