Gratitude - Thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling, emotion or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that YOU have received or will receive.
Forgiveness - The action or process of forgiving or being forgiven.
Humility - Person or individual knowing self as YOU truly are.
Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The central point of your attention or the center of your interest or activity.
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in your own ability.
YOU - The nature, character or unseen identity of the person or individual within.
Beginning Your Day
Gratitude
Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. Reflection
Close your eyes and think of the things that YOU are grateful for. Think and feel appreciation and gratitude for the gift of life and health.
Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly and feel the feelings of gratitude. Think and feel gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs and for waking with a sound mind.
Application
As YOU go through your day today, find as many reasons as YOU can to be to grateful.
Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start your this day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, your must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors.
Application
Find one thing to forgive yourself for today. Practice forgiving yourself and others for negative events from your past.
Practice forgiveness today and everyday.
Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly and feel the feelings of forgivness. Begin to feel the feeling of peacefulness and of release. Allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are mentally releasing, begin to breathe, long, slow, deep breaths, Begin to feel relaxed and at ease.
Practice quiet reflection for a few moments today and each day.

Today, practice forgiveness. Direct your thoughts toward finding forgiveness within. Select a person from your past that YOU would like to forgive. Sit quietly alone and begin to relax by breathing slowly and deeply. Lovingly and gently send that individual forgivness. Complete this exercise with thoughts of loving yourself more, do this by repeating the thought "I AM Forgiving." Repeat this thought as much as YOU can today.
Quiet Time
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths. Let them out slowly and just relax!
Focus
Focus on your feelings of forgiveness. Focus your attention on controlling and managing the way YOU feel. Direct your thoughts, feelings, actions and activities toward positive things. Focus on loving and caring for yourself even more today.
