Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. 

Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers.  Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. 
Relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Bring your day to an end with thoughts and feelings of gratitude and appreciation.  

YOU can begin to create balance in your life by mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....

Begin each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude, appreciation and humility. It is very important to start each day with these feelings. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs, waking with a sound mind, your mental and emotional health and for your life. 



Quiet Time  
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths. Let them out slowly become thankful and relax.

Today, monitor your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions during the day. Think and feel as if YOU have accomplished your goal. Make the thoughts and feelings of success and accomplishment a part of your current way of thinking. Carry this positive thought/feeling with YOU throughout your day. Reflect on all of your unique, talents and gifts. Think and believe that YOU are worthy of success.  Make I 
AM Great, your dominant thought/feeling for today. Remind yourself to think and feel thoughts of success and accomplishment all day today.

Center your thinking today around purpose and intent. If YOU begin to feel strained, pulled mentally or emotionally just think to your self. "Today, I live with purpose" or " Today, my intent is to think positive." Practice monitoring and managing your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions throughout your day today.

Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, waking with a sound mind and your health. 
I AM Statements

Review your list of I AM Statements. Today, continue to direct your time, attention and thoughts toward the thing(s) that YOU know YOU need to work on. 

I AM Working on Myself, I AM Peaceful, I AM Kind, I AM Disciplined, I AM Focused, I AM Healthy, I AM Positive, I AM Great, I AM Special, I AM Unique, I AM Forgiving, I AM Loving,  I AM Trusting, I AM Beautiful and I AM A Gift.

The goal of Empowerment 365 is to create a foundation for personal Empowerment by introducing and combining the Empowerment tools of gratitude, forgiveness and humility with relaxation and visualization to assist YOU in creating balance and focus in your life. We end each day with practicing gratitude and forgiveness. Each day ends with quiet reflection and thoughts of appreciation for life and health. Create balance in your life by mentally and emotionally releasing the events of your day each night prior to sleep. We then developed the practice of visualization to relax and release of the issues of the day. We began to implement the quiet space and quiet periods prior to ending the day. Lastly, we review our goals and encourage YOU to turn off the TV and rest peacefully. The quietness of sleep allows you to rest and quietly sleep without disturbance. 

Quiet Reflection and Visualization
Take this time to relax and release. Take slow, deep breaths and slowly begin to calm and relax yourself. Breathe in and begin to mentally and emotionally relax. Sit quietly and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Begin to release the events of your day, slow your thoughts and feel the feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Visualize and see the beautiful soft green grass, the beautiful flowers, beautiful trees and a clear blue sky. Feel and sense safety and security all around you. Feel calm tranquil aliveness that exists within your beautiful garden. There are no worries within your garden. There are no cares within your garden and no responsibilities within your garden. Enjoy the quiet silence, love, joy and peace that exists within your garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Relaxed and Peaceful."

Empowerment 365 Review

The goal of Empowerment 365 is to create a foundation for personal Empowerment. We began this process by introducing and combining the Empowerment tools of gratitude, forgiveness and humility to assist in creating balance in your life. Each day we began the day with practicing gratitude. First, begin each day with thoughts of appreciation for life and health. Without those things we could not truly enjoy life very much, could we? We then discussed and implemented the practice of forgiveness. Forgiveness is important because we have to release and let go of past events (people, events, actions activities of self an others) to fully live in the present. We must forgive ourselves for actions and choices of the past. We must remember that we all can learn and grow from each experience in life and that each experience prepares us for our future. Lastly, there is the practice of humility. Humility is important because we must learn to become humble. This requires us not to be boastful, prideful or arrogant. Concept places value on others the same as we would ourselves and being of service to others in our daily lives. We promoted love for self; this love for self is not a selfish, self centered love, but a true genuine love for the person that YOU are on the inside. We then discussed the importance of our thoughts and the way we feel each day. Our thoughts and feelings are an important part of our lives. They both are internal and both can shape the way we experience the world. Begin to practice making all of your thoughts and feeling positive and productive. Make the way your feel the most important thing in your life today and each day. We introduced the concept of personal development (to work on self) and effort (to simply try) as tools of motivation and direction within the process. Throughout this Empowerment process, we have sprinkled in and defined key word such as, intent, focus and commitment. As the days and months continue to pass by, YOU will experience through your own ability to consistently work on self "change". Change and personal growth is what Empowerment 365 is really all about! I wish you continued success on your journey toward personal development and self improvement each day, everyday one day at a time.
