Gratitude Forgiveness and Humility
Begin today with thoughts and feelings of gratitude, appreciation and humility. It is very important to start each day with these feelings. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs, waking with a sound mind, your health and your life. Begin to think thoughts of forgiveness and release. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, your must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Practice humility by directing your thoughts toward making humility a part of each day of your life. Reflect on ways in which you can practice humility. Repeat the thought "I AM Humble." Repeat this thought as much as YOU for as long as YOU can today.
Quiet Time
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a quiet space where YOU can relax. Begin to think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility, while slowly taking long deep breaths. Let them out slowly and feel the feeling of being completely relaxed and Empowered.
