Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation and respect for yourself, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness, begin to relax, feel the release, and feel well within. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to balance yourself mentally and emotionally.

Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in and slowly begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., Breathe in and slowly begin to relax your shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and  fingers.  Breathe in and slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and  abdomen. Breathe in and slowly begin to relax your legs...., thighs...., and calves....
Breathe in and slowly and relax your ankles...., feet.... and toes.

Close your eyes, relax and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Completely relax and begin to slowly mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude, respect and appreciation for YOU, your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and truly become thankful for your life and health. Begin to create balance within your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing events of the past.

Visualization
Mental Focus
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice mental focus. To do this, block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue and begin to focus. Visualize a small circle within your mind. Begin to see and visualize this circle. Continue to visualize your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point. Visualization exercises help YOU to develop and maintain mental focus.

Completion
After completing your quiet period, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and rest...

Gratitude
Begin your day with gratitude, become thankful for your life and for good health. Begin today, to offer forgiveness to those who were negative and hurtful to YOU in any way, offer forgiveness to yourself for any negative actions that YOU may have taken as well. Begin today, to create the life that YOU desire by creating positive thoughts and images of yourself. Begin today, to love yourself more, begin today to respect yourself more, begin today to appreciate yourself more. Begin today to appreciate all of your special gifts, talents and abilities. Begin today, to work toward making this day your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be today, each day, everyday, one day at a time!
 
Empowerment
Empowerment begins with establishing a goal. To start this process YOU will have to determine that there is something in your life that YOU really want to change, get better at or completely eliminate. This willingness comes from the inside of YOU. Change begins by your acknowledgement of your own needs and knowledge of self. It comes from being completely honest with yourself and focusing completely on the thing that YOU know in your heart YOU need to work on. Begin the process today by sitting alone and examining your life, your thoughts and your activities. Determine the goal that YOU want to work on and begin to work on it today, each day and everyday one day a time.

Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The focal point of your mind and thoughts
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability

It is important to think positive thoughts each day, because your thoughts create your reality.

Month 2 Day 60 of 365  
Ending the Second Month of Empowerment 365!
It has been two months since we started this journey of Empowerment together. Each night we have practiced gratitude, forgiveness, quiet relaxation/reflection, finding your central focal point (focus) and visualization. It is my sincere wish that each of YOU will receive a benefit, growth and personal development from each of the Empowerment messages. Now that we have established a foundation, the next step is the proper utilization of the Tools of Empowerment. Please remember that continuous effort, commitment, focus and visualization are the keys to your Empowerment. I encourage YOU to continue to practice utilizing The Tools of Empowerment on a regular and consistent basis. Lastly, I would like to thank YOU for all of your support, encouraging words, comments and for allowing me to share what is in my heart with YOU each night. I wish each of YOU joy, peace, love, happiness and harmony today each day, everyday one day at a time.

Please remember to turn your television and radio off and allow your mind and body to peacefully rest each night!

Ending Your Day

Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. Next, focus your thoughts on forgiveness; forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.  

Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths and release... Slowly begin to calm yourself and become relaxed. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers.  Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Begin to relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation, take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. By practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present YOU can create balance in your life .

Visualization 
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers and the beautiful trees. Feel the warmth of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Enjoy the love, joy, happiness and peace that exist within your beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am peaceful." As YOU are feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night. 

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....

Day 60 of 365 
Ending the Second Month of Empowerment 365!
It has been two months since we started the process of Empowerment together. My how time flies! It is my sincere wish that YOU receive a great benefit, growth and personal development from the daily Empowerment messages. Now that we have further established a foundation, the next step is the proper utilization of the foundation and tools of Empowerment. Please remember that effort, focus, visualization and commitment are the keys to success. I encourage YOU to continue to simply try to work on YOU each day. Lastly, I would like to thank YOU for all of your support, attending the workshops and sessions, for your encouraging words, comments and for allowing me to share what is in my heart with YOU each day. I wish each of YOU love, joy, peace, harmony and happiness today, each day, everyday one day at a time. The Empowerment Works, respect the process!!!

Beginning Your Day

Gratitude 
Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. 

Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, waking with a sound mind and your health. 

Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, your must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors. 

Quiet Reflection

Sit quietly and feel the feelings of forgiveness. Begin to feel the feeling of peacefulness and of release. Allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are mentally releasing, begin to breathe, long, slow, deep breaths, Begin to feel relaxed and at ease. 

Humility
Today, practice humility by considering others as important as yourself. Begin to make a conscious and consistent effort to consider the needs of others. Practicing humility each day will allow YOU to create balance within your life. Repeat the thought "I AM Humble." Repeat this thought as much as YOU for as long as YOU can today.

I AM Statements
Today, direct your time, attention and thoughts toward the thing(s) that YOU know YOU need to work on or change. 

I AM Working on Myself, I AM Humble, I AM Peaceful, I AM Kind, I AM Disciplined, I AM Focused, I AM Healthy, I AM Positive, I AM Great, I AM Special, I AM Unique, I AM Forgiving, I AM Loving,  I AM Trusting, I AM Beautiful and I AM A Gift. 

Review your list of I AM Statements daily.

Monitoring YOUR Thoughts, Feelings, Moods and Emotions
Monitor your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions during your day today. Continue to think and feel as if YOU have accomplished your goal. Make the thoughts and feelings of success and accomplishment a part of your current way of thinking. Carry this positive thought/feeling with YOU throughout your day. Reflect on all of your unique, talents and gifts. Think and believe that YOU are worthy of success.  Make "I AM Great" your dominant thought/feeling for today. Remind yourself to think and feel thoughts of success and accomplishment all day today. 

It is important to think positive thoughts each day, because your thoughts create your reality.

The Way YOU Feel 
Continue to direct your thoughts toward your feelings, moods and emotions. Utilize your ability to manage your mood by re-directing your thoughts, focus and attention with power of positive thinking. Practice monitoring and managing your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions throughout your day today. 

Make the way YOU feel within the most important part of your day today and everyday. 

Quiet Time  
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths and let them out slowly and just relax!

Focus 
Today, focus on thoughts of gratitude, forgiveness and humility. Focus your attention on controlling and managing the way YOU feel. Continue to direct your thoughts, feelings, actions and activities toward positive things. Focus on loving and caring for yourself even more today.  
Focus on YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.

Tonight become thankful for your life for it is a gift to YOU. Begin tonight to visualize and create the life that YOU desire. Begin tonight, to love yourself more, to respect yourself more, and to appreciate yourself more. Tonight and each night of your life, attempt to appreciate YOU and all great things that YOU bring to the world. Begin to recognize and become grateful for all of your special gifts and talents. Begin tonight, to work toward making each tomorrow your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be each day, everyday, one day at a time!

Quiet Reflection
End your day thinking and feel the feelings of gratitude. Become very thankful for your life and health. Sit quietly and feel the calming thoughts of peacefulness.  Begin to visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind and your thoughts to allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am peaceful." While thinking and feeling thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility begin to slowly breathe long, slow breaths and just relax.

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become thankful for YOU, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and begin to rest...... Peacefully...

Begin this day with thoughts of gratitude. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, your hearing, your heart, and your lungs. Express gratitude for waking with a sound mind, for your health and for your life. Become thankful for the things that YOU do have. Begin to think thoughts of forgiveness and release. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts of gratitude and forgiveness. To create balance within your life, YOU must forgive yourself and other, leaving yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself and others for all hurtful thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Begin to direct your thoughts toward humility. Make humility a part of each day of your life. Reflect on ways in which YOU will practice humility today and each day. Slowly and lovingly repeat the thought to yourself "I AM Focused." During your day, repeat this thought as much as YOU can for as long as YOU can.

Focus
Today, focus your attention on your goals. Keep your focus and intent directed toward the changes that YOU need to make. Focus your mind and thoughts on the areas within your life that need to be developed. Focus your attention and concentrate on developing YOU. Keep your attention on it and bring it into view. Visualization 

Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed inside of a beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Special." Breathe long, slow, deep, breaths as YOU feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation.

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a slow, deep breath, turn off TV and rest... Peacefully...

Take several slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life. Create balance within your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing each night prior to bed.

After completing your visualization and quiet relaxation, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio allow your mind and body to rest...... Peacefully...

Take a moment or two to just relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.

Empowerment 365 Week in Review
This week we focused on beginning our day and each day with gratitude and forgiveness. Begin each day with creating a mindset that will allow YOU to become thankful and grateful for your life and health. Next, we practiced expressing thoughts of forgiveness by beginning each day forgiving ourselves and others for all negative or hurtful words, actions, activities, behaviors or events of the past. Practicing forgiveness will allow YOU to mentally and emotionally release the events of the past and begin to live your life fully in the present moment.

Quiet Relaxation, Visualization and Central Focal Point
Daily activities were designed to assist YOU with the development of mental focus. The practice of quiet relaxation periods were designed to allow you to develop times where you could relax and release the events of your day. We used visualization to opens doors to and for creative imagination, stimulation of positive creative thought and the development of creative and innovative ideas. Next, we practiced “Finding Your Central Focal Point” these activities were designed to allow YOU to practice, develop and strengthen your mental focus and clarity. It is a fact that the more that YOU develop mental focus and clarity, the more that YOU can create mental and emotional balance with your life.

The Process of Empowerment
We ended this week developing our theme “The Process of Empowerment.” This process involves establishing and preparing to reach your goal. We outlined the importance of identifying your goal and the elements needed for your personal development and preparation for change. This concept calls for honest self examination and acknowledgement of the area(s) of your life that YOU need to work on and change. The Process of Empowerment is a very valuable set of lessons that we will continue to outline next week that will assist YOU in the process of change, personal development, and empowerment.

Each night prior to bed, we have encouraged YOU to visualize, focus, relax, release, to examine your goals and turn the TV and radio off. This process allows YOU to mentally prepare for the end of your day and allows your mind to rest by limiting external activity.

It is my sincere hope that YOU have received some benefit from the first 57 days of Empowerment 365!  I encourage each of YOU to continue your efforts to work on YOU, today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
