The Daily Practice of Gratitude
Begin each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude
Sit quietly, close your eyes and begin to feel the feelings of gratitude, for waking with a sound mind, for all of your body systems functioning properly (your health) and for your life. Do this each day upon waking. Become thankful for the gift of life and health. Become grateful for the things that YOU do have: sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell and feelings. Stop to think for a moment, how your life would be without any of the things we generally take for granted. Become Empowered by making gratitude a part of your daily practice today, each day, everyday, just one day at a time.
