Gratitude
Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation.
I begin this day with gratitude within my heart and mind. I begin this day with gratitude for waking with a sound mind. I begin this day with gratitude for my life and my health. I begin this day acknowledging that without my life I could not exist and without my health I could not enjoy the simple activities of life. On this day I express gratitude and appreciation for all that I have been blessed with. I begin this day understanding that without the gift of life, I would not and could not experience the day ahead.

Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start this day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, YOU must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors. Attempt to find one thing to forgive yourself or someone for today. Practice forgiving yourself and others for negative events from your past.
Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, waking with a sound mind and your health.
