Gratitude Forgiveness and Humility
Begin today with thoughts of gratitude, appreciation and humility. It is very important to start each day with these feelings.
I begin this day with gratitude within my heart and mind. I begin this day with gratitude for waking with a sound mind. I begin this day with gratitude for my life and my health. I begin this day acknowledging that without my life I could not exist and without my health I could not the simple activities or enjoy my life. On this day I express gratitude and appreciation for all that I have been blessed with. I begin this day understanding that without the gift of life, I would not and could not experience the day ahead.
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start this day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, YOU must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors. Attempt to find one thing to forgive yourself or someone for today. Practice forgiving yourself and others for negative events from your past.
Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, hearing, heart, lungs, your health and for your life.

Today, direct your thoughts toward your feelings, moods and emotions. Utilize your ability to manage your mood by redirecting yourself with the power of positive thinking. Spend time directing your thoughts toward finding your purpose. Make a commitment to taking a few moments to consider all of your strengths, talents, gifts and abilities. Begin today, to direct your energy, intent and life activities toward living with purpose. Make your dominant thought of the day today, I live with purpose or today my intent is to find my purpose. Practice monitoring and managing your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions throughout your day today.
