Today, I will welcome growth within myself by acknowledging that I am becoming better each day, everyday, one day at a time.
Gratitude Forgiveness and Humility
Begin your day with gratitude. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs, waking with a sound mind, your health and for your life. Begin to think thoughts of forgiveness and release. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance within your life, YOU must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Begin to direct your thoughts toward humility. Make humility a part of each day of your life. Reflect on ways in which YOU will practice humility. Practice repeating the thought “I AM Forgiving." Repeat this thought as much as YOU for as long as YOU can today.
Today, I will work on myself. I will put forth the effort to work on me. Continue to keep this thought in your mind as YOU go through your day today.
Today, continue to practice focus. Begin to focus your attention on the thoughts, feelings moods and emotions that YOU experience during the day.
Focus your attention on the things that YOU know YOU need to work on. Continue to focus your thoughts on all of the things that are good about YOU. Focus on what is special about YOU. Focus on what is unique about YOU. Visualize how it will feel to complete your goal. Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment and carry that feeling with YOU throughout your day.
Today, I will focus my attention on what is good, unique and special about me. Make what is good about YOU, your dominant thought/feeling today. Feel good today, feel happy today and most of all make the way YOU feel the most important thing in your life today. Practice feeling good about YOU as much as YOU can, for as long as YOU can.
Create a list of all of the things that YOU can think of that are good, unique and special about YOU.
In your quiet time take a few minutes to relax, review goals and your list of things that are good, unique and special about YOU. Remember to feel gratitude for your life and your health.
Today, become thankful for YOU, begin to love YOU more and appreciate the things that are good, unique and special about YOU. Feel good about working on YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
