Gratitude
Begin your day with gratitude and appreciation. Become thankful for your life, health and strength. Become thankful for your ability to see, hear, touch, taste and smell. Become appreciative and thankful that all of your body systems are working properly. Take a slow deep breath and become thankful for waking up to another day. Begin today with thoughts of forgiveness. Forgive those who were negative and hurtful to YOU in the past. Forgive to yourself for any negative actions, activities, words or behaviors as well.
Effort Is Courage!
In my previous message, I shared the example of eating healthy foods and walking, riding a bike or getting a personal trainer would begin to occur all because of your thoughts. Within the process, YOU have succeeded in directing your thoughts and visual images into action. This combination of action and mind creates and becomes a part of your new mindset. Effort is courage! It is the courage to change, the courage to grow, the courage to do something new, the courage to do something different, the courage to do something better! It is the courage to persist in your efforts to overcome your ways, habits and mindset. It is the courage to become consistent in your thinking and doing. It is the courage to change your current mindset and fight against your old ways of thinking and behaving. Effort is the courage to think new thoughts that will allow YOU to work on and change YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability.
