Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Breathe in become relaxed and start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Breathe in and slowly release, begin to forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Become completely relaxed and begin to feel forgiveness within YOU and release it. Breathe in, take a moment or two to relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing a peaceful, relaxed mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within your life.

Self Discipline
Self discipline is your daily commitment to your purpose and goals. It is your ability to stay on track and committed to reaching your goal. Self discipline is your will and desire. It is your perseverance and determination to work on and change YOU. Self discipline is being in control of your thoughts and exercising restraint where necessary. Self discipline determines what YOU will and will not do. It allows YOU to simply and clearly determine the direction or course that YOU will take daily to achieve your goal. Self discipline is your ability to finish what YOU have started. Self discipline is developed by becoming consistent, committed, and focused on putting forth the effort each day to reach your goal. Self discipline is mental; it is getting yourself to put forth effort each day regardless of your physical and emotional state. Self discipline is directed thought energy focused solely on and directed toward the sole purpose of achievement of your goals. Self discipline is the mental and physical energy needed to will yourself to put forth the effort and demonstrate your ability regardless of the obstacle. Self discipline is your inner will, desire and determination. It is the combination of these emotions, which are within YOU that create personal power. The proper use and development of this personal power creates and is personal development. The consistent, daily practice of working on YOU (self discipline) will bring these emotions to the surface. With consistent practice, effort and the demonstration of your ability to do, the use of these positive emotions will become second nature to YOU. It is written, the race is not given to the swift, but to the one that endures to the end. Simply put, for most people self discipline is the missing ingredient in the formula of success. Now that YOU have been given the formula and know what it takes to reach your goal the question becomes; can YOU consistently demonstrate perseverance, restraint, endurance, think before acting and exercise control to reach your goal?
