Begin to each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to create and develop mental and emotional balance within your life.
The Process of Empowerment Acknowledgement of Effort
The process of empowerment begins with establishing a goal. To start this process YOU will have to determine that there is something in your life that YOU know YOU really need to change or completely eliminate. This knowing and willingness will come directly from within YOU. Your change begins with the acknowledgement of your own personal needs and true knowledge of self. Simply stated, no one knows YOU better than YOU. This knowledge and acknowledgement comes from being completely honest with YOU. This acknowledgement is your initial effort to focus on the thing that YOU know within your heart YOU need to work on. This can be done by sitting alone in a quiet space and examining your life, your thoughts, your actions and your activities. The process of change and self development begins with a single powerful life changing acknowledgement. This acknowledgement and knowledge concerning your true needs becomes your defining moment. This first and most important acknowledgement is to determine that there is something that YOU need to work on and change within YOU and within your life. The second and equally important acknowledgement is being completely sure that YOU really want to work on (put forth effort or to simply try) yourself and begin to make the necessary changes within your life. The Empowerment process begins and ends with these acknowledgements. The final acknowledgement within the process is; YOU will need to put forth effort within the process of Empowerment. Within the process, this acknowledgement is simple, YOU will acknowledge when YOU put forth effort and YOU will acknowledge when YOU do not. Within the Empowerment concept, effort means to simply try. It means to simply try to express gratitude each day. Effort means to simply become thankful for your life, health, mind, and body each day. Effort means each day simply trying to forgive yourself and others for past negative thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Effort is simply trying to create and establish a mindset that will allow YOU to practice forgiveness each morning and night. Effort is simply trying to become humble, simply trying to create balance within your life, simply trying to focus on your goals, simply trying to have faith in YOU, and finally, simply trying to put forth the effort to work on YOU “the individual within.” Working on the individual within is similar to having a garden. Effort begins by tilling the fertile ground and planting seeds within. Effort or simply trying is the process of nurturing the seed within water, light, providing the nutrients and most importantly killing the weeds have grown or that will surely grow. From your simple internal efforts, the seeds of greatness within YOU will grow, blossom and develop into the special and most unique parts of YOU(your natural talents, gifts and abilities) that will become visible on the outside YOU. Effort is continuously combining thought, energy, focus and faith toward your goal each day. This effort or the ability to simply try will begin strengthen YOU and begin to create balance within your life. This simple effort will grow and develop into consistency. YOU will become consistent in reviewing your goals and your personal I AM statements. With simple effort, YOU will begin to consistently review the Empowerment pledge, implement, develop and utilize the tools of Empowerment. Effort is simply trying to create and utilize your quiet space and quiet time. It is simply trying to calm and relax yourself by utilizing stress reduction techniques. It is simply trying to turn off the TV and radio to rest peacefully at night. Effort is simply trying to practice visualization and attempting to create focus by finding your central focal point. Effort is simply trying to place yourself around positive, supportive people each day. Effort is simply trying to reach your goal and simply trying to love yourself more today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
