The Pledge is a commitment that YOU are making to yourself, to do the things necessary to achieve your desired goals. The PEACE Personal Development Program is a step by step process, outlining what YOU need to do daily to successfully reach your goals. The Tools of Empowerment are core principles that lay at the heart of the Empowerment Program. Simple effort combined with these core components will allow YOU to create balance within your personal and professional lives and most importantly identify with your true authentic self.

Tools of Empowerment
Gratitude - Thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling, emotion or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that YOU have received or will receive.
Forgiveness -The action or process of forgiving or being forgiven.
Humility - Person or individual knowing self as YOU truly are.(placing others equal to oneself, providing service to others, freedom from pride, arrogance and boastfulness)
Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The central point of YOUR attention or the center of YOUR interest or activity.
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability.
YOU - The nature, character or unseen identity of the person or individual within.
