Become completely relaxed and begin to feel forgiveness within.

Knowledge of self creates mental, physical and emotional balance within. It is the daily practice of monitoring your thoughts, feelings and emotions. It is the management and maintenance of your excessive behaviors, actions and activities. Empowerment is your daily efforts to develop YOU one day at a time.
