Gratitude and Forgiveness
Today, I humble myself. I boldly stand ready and willing to examine myself, my heart, my ways and my intentions. I begin my day with gratitude and forgiveness.
Breathe in become relaxed and start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. I begin this day with forgiveness within my heart. Breathe in and slowly release. Today, I forgive my self and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Become completely relaxed and begin to feel forgiveness within.
The Way YOU Feel
I direct my thoughts toward the way I feel. I make the way I feel the most important thing in my life. I practice feeling good each day. I will do the things that make me feel positive, productive and alive today.
The Process of Empowerment: Desire
The next step within the process of Empowerment is Desire. Desire is strong feelings that exist within. Within the process of Empowerment YOU have to practice developing and utilizing your feelings and emotions to assist YOU in reaching your goals. Remember, we all consciously operate on three levels mental, physical and emotional. Within the process of Empowerment your feelings and emotions are developed and used in a positive and productive ways to drive and motivate YOU. Desire is a very strong feeling that if consistently practiced and utilized will assist YOU in accomplishing anything. When the feeling of desire is combined with focus, it creates mental and emotional energy within. This energy, if properly utilized and directed will overpower any negative feeling or emotion. Develop and utilize desire to work on and change YOU today, each day, and everyday one day at a time.
Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The focal point of your mind and thoughts
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability
