Ending Your day
Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and Forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of respect and appreciation, for your body, for your health and for your life. End today with forgiveness within your heart. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within, allow yourself to feel the release and just let it all go. Begin to relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to create balance within yourself mentally and emotionally.
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and begin to calm your mind and thoughts. Begin to Practice focusing by attempting to find your focal point. To do this, block all thoughts that come into your mind and begin to focus. Begin to visualize a dot or small circle within your mind. Continue to visualize and focus until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Begin to see and visualize this dot. Practice making this dot small and then larger. Practice changing the color of this dot from green to purple to yellow. Continue to practice developing your central focal point each night prior to bed. Visualization exercises help YOU to develop and maintain mental clarity and focus.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Close your eyes and begin to take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers. Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and feel the peaceful sensations of peaceful relaxation within. Slowly repeat to yourself "I AM Peaceful". Continue to take long, slow, deep breaths while mentally releasing the events of your day. Take several deep cleansing breaths and become thankful for the gift of life and health. Practice mental relaxation today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully...Focus - The central point of YOUR attention or the center of YOUR interest or activity.
