Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. Become thankful for experiencing another day. Become thankful for your health and your life. Become thankful for your body and mind. Allow yourself to become thankful while becoming quiet, calm, relaxed and peaceful.
Visualization
Visualize and see yourself relaxed and peaceful. Take this time to just release and let go. Release mentally, the responsibilities of your day. Let go of all of your worries, let go of all of your cares, let go of all of the pressures, deadlines and demands of your day. For this moment and this moment only, let it all go! Release it, dump it, and relax it. Mentally feel and see all of the stress, all of the pressures and any difficulties of the day just floating away from YOU. Begin to turn it off, shut it down and allow the stress of the day to just disappear. Allow any stress from your relationships at home or work, with family members or friends to just evaporate. Dismiss any feelings of frustration, anger or insecurity just fall away from YOU. See it, feel it, visualize it and know it! Begin to feel light and peaceful. Feel light and empty, feel light as a cloud. See and feel as if YOU are floating on a cloud, just relaxed peaceful. Feel yourself floating along aimless and free, with no destination and no purpose. Just float along light and fluffy. Just float, float, float… Feel light, feel the freedom, feel the peace, feel happy, feel love and feel joy. Enjoy the peace accept it, embrace it, receive it. Become peace, become love, become joy and become happiness. Feel it now…. Begin to take several slow relaxing breaths, feel peaceful, feel relaxed and feel love deep down on the inside of YOU. The more YOU can feel, the deeper the love, happiness peace and joy that you can now feel and enjoy. Now, relax…, take a deep slow long breath and let it out slowly. Begin to think, I AM peaceful and I AM relaxed. Release the cares of your day, make a commitment to yourself to care for, love and respect yourself more and more each day.
