Gratitude
End your day with gratitude, love, joy and appreciation within. Become thankful for experiencing yet another day. Become thankful for your health and your life. Become thankful for your body and mind. Become quiet, calm, relaxed and peaceful.
Peaceful Relaxation
Close your eyes take a deep breath, allow yourself to become relaxed and peaceful. Take this time to release the events of your day and let go. Begin to mentally and emotionally release the responsibilities and cares within your day. Let go of all of your worries, let go of all of the stress, let go of all of the pressures and demands of your day. Relax and lovingly let it all go! Release it and just relax. See and feel the stress, pressures and difficulties of the day just drift away from YOU. Begin to allow the stress of your day to just disappear. Relax and take several deep breaths, allow the stress in your life to slowly evaporate. Take several deep relaxing breaths and begin to feel very light and very peaceful.
Completion
After completing your peaceful relaxation, visualize the peace, joy and love within YOU. See and visualize peace, joy and love in every space within your home. See it, feel it, think it and know it! Review your goals, take a deep breath, turn the TV and radio off and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
