Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for your body, your health and your life. Become thankful for your life. Stop for a moment to acknowledge that your life is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within your heart and mind. Allow yourself to feel the release. Begin to feel relaxed and good within.
Visualization
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your focal point. YOU can do this by visualizing a dot within your mind. Begin to block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue direct and maintain your focus. Continue to visualize your focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point each nigh prior to bed. Visualization exercises can assist YOU in the process of developing and maintaining mental focus and emotional balance.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health. Take in a slow deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.
