End your day with quiet reflection. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude, appreciation and humility. Quiet your thoughts and begin to focus on forgivness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body. Take this moment to relax and release. Take slow, deep breaths and slowly begin to calm and relax yourself. Breathe in and slowly and begin to mentally and emotionally relax. Sit quietly and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Begin to release the events of your day, slow your thoughts down and feel the feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Take slow, deep breaths and in this very moment become thankful for your life and health.
Create balance in your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the events of your day each night prior to bed.
Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful soft green grass, the beautiful flowers, beautiful trees and a clear blue sky. Begin to feel the warmth of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Asorb the warmth from the light. This light is love and it radiates through your entire body. See and hear a stream of clear running water that gently moves through your garden. Feel and sense safety and security all around you. Feel calm tranquil aliveness that exists within your beautiful garden. There are no worries within your garden. There are no cares within your garden and no responsibilities within your garden. Enjoy the quiet silence, love, joy and peace that exists within your garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful and Relaxed."
