Tonight and each night of your life, attempt to appreciate YOU and all great things that YOU bring to the world. Begin to recognize and become grateful for all of your special gifts and talents. Begin tonight, to work toward making each tomorrow your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be each day, everyday, one day at a time!
Quiet Reflection
End your day thinking and feel the feelings of gratitude. Become very thankful for your life and health. Sit quietly and feel the calming thoughts of peacefulness. Begin to visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind and your thoughts to allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am peaceful." While thinking and feeling thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility begin to slowly breathe long, slow breaths and just relax.
