Gratitude
Today, I humble myself. Today, I boldly stand ready and willing to examine myself, my heart, my ways and my intentions. I ask for forgiveness for all of my mistakes, misjudgments, and misdeeds. I end this day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude.
It is very important to end each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. As YOU end your day and close your eyes to sleep, begin thinking of the things that YOU are grateful for. Feel gratitude for the two most important things your life and your health.
Continue to practice forgiveness. Direct your thoughts toward finding something or someone to forgive.

Mental Relaxation
Begin your relaxation exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Begin to block all thoughts that come into your mind and begin to focus. Take slow, deep breaths and release... Slowly begin to calm yourself and become relaxed. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax within. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden, visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers and the beautiful trees. Feel the warmth of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Enjoy the love, joy, happiness and peace that exist within your beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am peaceful." As YOU are feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night.
