Ending Your day
Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and Forgiveness. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, feel the release, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to balance yourself mentally and emotionally.
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Begin to focus your your mind and thoughts. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue to focus and direct your attention. Begin to visualize a dot or small circle within your mind. Begin to focus and visualize this dot while continuing to relax. Continue to focus and visualize until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Practice making this dot small and then large. Practice making the dot change colors from black to white to yellow. Continue to practice developing and maintaining your focus and attention. Visualization exercises will help YOU to develop mental and emotional balance and fine tune your mental focus.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Close your eyes, breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers. Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for YOU, your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and feel the peaceful sensations of peaceful relaxation. Slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful." Continue to take long, slow, deep, breaths and begin to mentally release the events of your day. Take several deep breaths and become thankful for the gift of life and health. Practice mental relaxation today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.
