Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. Express joy for waking with a sound mind and for yet another day of life.
Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, waking with a sound mind and your health.
As YOU go through your day today, find as many reasons as YOU can to be grateful.
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, your must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors.
Find one thing to forgive yourself or someone for today. Practice forgiving yourself and others for negative events from your past.
