Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts of appreciation for YOU, your body, your health and for your life. Begin your day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Sit quietly and allow YOU to feel forgiveness within, release, forgive it, relax and let go! Practice beginning each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within your life.
Change
What is change? Change is a process! It is a process of doing, thinking and feeling. Change is doing something new, it is thinking a different thought and it is feeling a different feeling. Change is something that YOU can see with physically with your eyes, but Change is also the result of the unseen work, energy and effort applied within. The unseen work, begins with your mental and emotional effort, energy and drive. It begins with your mental and emotional preparation. It is the unseen work, desire and determination that is at the heart of Change. Change begins with quiet reflection and mental exercises (the development of the central focal point). It is the relaxation techniques, the visualization exercises and utilization of the I AM Statements. This is mental energy and emotional effort that is never seen, because this Change process takes place within. The mental effort, work and internal changes are not readily seen, noticed or recognized until YOU see the Changes on the outside of YOU. Change is always recognized within the things that YOU say and everything that YOU do. This change is all about creating and following your goals and dreams. Change is the continuous demonstration of your ability to work on YOU everyday. Begin to focus on the process of Change within your life today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
