Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin this day with gratitude for waking. Begin this day with gratitude for thoughts, feelings and emotions. Begin this day with being thankful that YOU can walk, talk, see and hear. Begin this day with thoughts of appreciation for your health and that your body and all of its systems are working perfectly for YOU. Begin to think thoughts of perfect health, begin to see and feel yourself healthy, strong, vibrant and full of life and energy. See feel and know that every cell and every system is working perfectly for just for YOU. See it!. Take a moment to mentally send love to each cell, organ and system within your body. Begin to feel love for your body. Feel the harmony and balance of each system. Think the thoughts I love and respect my body. Repeat this thought. Begin to feel gratitude for today and each day and for the life that YOU are allowed to experience each day. If there are areas within your body that need healing, begin to think positive loving healing thoughts. Send loving and healing thoughts to every area of your body. Think I am grateful for my healing and perfect health. Focus on health perfect, focus on healing. Focus on send love, light and peace throughout your entire body. Begin to feel and think the thoughts I am thankful for my life and I am grateful for my body. Repeat this thought as much as YOU can today.

Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. The next step within the Empowerment Process is choosing your starting point and your destination. In this process there are two questions to be answered, the first is Where are YOU? The second and most important question to asked is where are YOU going? The next set of questions that we are faced with are, how long does it take to get to where I am going and what will it take to get there? Each day a choice and decision will be made by YOU.
