Today's Activity: Today, practice forgiveness. Direct your thoughts toward finding forgiveness within. Select a person from your past that YOU would like to forgive. Sit quietly alone and begin to relax by breathing slowly and deeply. Lovingly and gently send that individual yourself forgivness. Complete this exercise with thoughts of loving yourself more, do this by repeating the thought "I AM Forgiving." Repeat this thought as much as YOU can today.
Quiet Time: Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths. Let them out slowly and just relax!
