Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within, release it, begin to relax and feel good within your mind and body. Begin to each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to create and develop mental and emotional balance within your life.
The Process of Empowerment: Simply Trying
Effort is simply trying to create and utilize your quiet space and quiet time. It is simply trying to calm and relax yourself by utilizing stress reduction techniques. It is simply trying to turn off the TV and radio to rest peacefully at night. Effort is simply trying to practice visualization and attempting to create focus by finding your central focal point. Effort is simply trying to place yourself around positive, supportive people each day. Effort is simply trying to reach your goal and simply trying to love yourself more today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
