Personal Development Goal: Today, I will work on myself. I will try to work on me. Continue to keep this thought in your mind as YOU go through your day today. In order to become successful, I mean truly successful we have to get ourselves right first. We often leave childhood, develop relationships, have children, create possessions, develop careers and in the midst of it all lose the most important thing in life... YOU!!! Along the way YOU have learned to focus your mind, thoughts and attention on everyone and everything except YOU.
Today, focus on YOU. Focus your attention on your thoughts and feelings. Focus on working on the things that YOU know YOU need to work on. Focus on what is good about YOU. Focus on what is special about YOU. Focus on what is unique about YOU. Visualize how it would feel to complete your goal. Today, feel the feeling of accomplishment. Make that feeling, your thought/feeling for today. Feel good today, feel happy today and most of all make the way YOU feel today the most dominant thought today. Practice this as much as YOU can, for as long as YOU can today and each day.
Quiet Time: In your quiet time take a few minutes to relax and to review your goals. Remember to feel gratitude for your life and your health. Be thankful for YOU, love YOU more and appreciate what is good about YOU.
