Gratitude
Begin your day with gratitude. Become thankful for your life and your gifts, strengths, talents and abilities. Begin to think on all the positive things that have been placed within your life. Reflect on the thoughts effort, energy and emotions that YOU have put forth to become better than YOU were. Reflect the love, the joy, the happiness that exist within YOU. See all of the positive things that are in and around your life. Become thankful for the people, the places and the things. Begin to become grateful for your life and the ability to experience yet another day.
Effort
What is Effort? Effort is being determined. Effort is fuel, drive and energy! Effort is power, power to do, power to become, power to create. It creates the power and strength that YOU need to achieve and succeed. It is what will allow YOU to continue to be determined to reach your goals each and every day. Effort is the combined feelings of desire and determination. It is a powerful feeling/force within, that if used correctly can catapult YOU toward your goals and aspirations beyond belief.
