Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts of appreciation for YOU, your body, your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Begin to feel forgiveness within and release it. Take a moment or two to relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.
Empowerment Pledge (A Commitment to Self)
I will commit to working on myself
I will commit to working on my issues, concerns hurts and pains
I will make a commitment to developing the (Empowerment) tools necessary for me to become a better person
I will commit to growth by acknowledging that I am becoming better today, each day, everyday, one day at a time
The Process of Empowerment
A key component within the process of Empowerment is discipline. Discipline is the consistent demonstration of your ability to practice, review and work on the things that YOU know YOU need to change each day. Discipline is your daily effort to begin each day with gratitude, forgiveness and humility. It is the review and practice of the Empowerment pledge. Discipline is the consistent effort necessary to practice visualization, reading and reviewing your I Am Statements. The more that YOU commit to the practice of putting forth effort, the more YOU will enhance your personal discipline. The goal here is to put forth the effort to work on and change yourself each day for 365 consecutive days. The process of Empowerment calls for simple effort and commitment. Create the discipline to change the things that YOU know YOU need to work on today, each day and everyday one day at a time.
