Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Breathe in become relaxed and start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Breathe in and slowly release, begin to forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Become completely relaxed and begin to feel forgiveness within YOU and release it. Breathe in, take a moment or two to relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing a peaceful, relaxed mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within your life.

The next phase of the process of Empowerment is self discipline. Within the concept of Empowerment self discipline is the daily practice and is truly at the core of working on YOU. Self discipline within the process of Empowerment is ability to consistently work on yourself and the effort necessary to train, develop and control YOU. In other words self discipline is “the thing” or the energy that will allow YOU to work on the thing(s) that YOU know YOU need to work on and change. It is working on and managing your self, your conduct and behaviors. Self discipline is utilizing the tools to control and develop YOU. The process of Empower is the daily effort and consistency put forth to work on manage, train and develop YOU. Self discipline is your ability to control and motivate YOU. Self discipline is the daily effort that YOU put forth to stay on track. It is the daily effort to read, focus, visualize and practice. It is your ability to put for the effort put forth to do what is necessary to change. Self discipline is the ability to do, to consistently do what is necessary each day to remain on track. Self discipline is your daily commitment to your purpose and goals. It is your ability to stay on track and committed to reaching your goal. Self discipline is your will and desire. It is your perseverance and determination to work on and change YOU. Self discipline is being in control of your thoughts and exercising restraint where necessary. Self discipline determines what YOU will and will not do. It allows YOU to simply and clearly determine the direction or course that YOU will take daily to achieve your goal.
