Gratitude and Forgiveness
Today, I humble myself. I boldly stand ready and willing to examine myself, my heart, my ways and my intentions.
I begin my day with thoughts of gratitude.
Breathe in become relaxed and start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life.
I begin this day with forgiveness within my heart.
Breathe in and slowly release, begin to forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Become completely relaxed and begin to feel forgiveness within.
The Way YOU Feel
I direct my thoughts toward the way I feel. I make the way I feel the most important thing in my life. Today, I will do the things that make me feel positive, productive and alive. I will practice feeling good and thinking positive thoughts all day today.
The Process of Empowerment: Developing Desire
Desire is a very strong feeling that if consistently practiced and utilized will assist YOU in accomplishing anything. When the feeling of desire is combined with focus, it creates mental and emotional energy within. This energy, if properly utilized and directed will overpower any negative feeling or emotion. The power and energy of desire will assist YOU in pushing yourself physically, particularly when YOU physically don’t “feel” up to putting proper amount of forth effort. Desire is strengthened by your thoughts, and driven by your will. It is important to practice managing and direct your thoughts throughout the day. The process is simple, the more that YOU practice developing and utilizing the feeling of desire, the more YOU will be able to demonstrate your ability to navigate past the base levels of your feelings and emotions. Within the process of empowerment daily practice is very important, the more that YOU practice the easier the process becomes. The development and use of desire creates balance, discipline and assists in development of a new mindset. Practice utilizing the power of desire within your life today, each day and everyday one day at a time.
