Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. Choosing Your Emotional Energy Review
Where did YOU learn to worry? Where did YOU learn to be frustrated and angry? The next question is, is that really YOU? Stop for a moment and think, is this who I really AM or who I have learned to become? Is worry, frustration and anger the natural way I should would respond and react? Why chose worry, anger, or frustration? Don’t get me wrong, we all have these emotions and it is perfectly healthy and human to have them, but many of us have learned to express our negative emotions far more than we express our positive emotions.
