Begin today with thoughts of gratitude. Start your day with being thankful for another day. As YOU are aware by now, it is very important to think and feel the feeling of gratitude.
Sit quietly for just a few moments and just feel the feelings of gratitude and thankfulness. Be thankful and appreciate your new day. Allow the feeling of gratitude to move throughout your body. While YOU are thinking and feeling, just breathe, long, slow breaths. Do this for just a few moments today. Remember, whatever YOU think and feel YOU become.
