Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation for YOU, for your mind, your body, your health and for your life. End your day with complete forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and behaviors. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within. Begin to feel the release of all negative thought, feelings and emotions. Relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to develop a mindset that will allow YOU to create balance within.
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Close your eyes and begin to practice finding your central focal point. To do this, Block all thoughts that come into your mind and begin to focus. Visualize a dot or small circle within your mind. Begin to see and visualize this dot. Practice changing the size from small to large. Practice changing colors from orange to red to yellow. Continue to visualize your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point each night. Visualization exercises will help YOU to develop and maintain mental focus.
Take a few moments to just relax. Take several slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in and begin to slowly mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers. Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Breathe in, release and slowly relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feelings of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for YOU, your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and feel the peaceful sensations of peaceful relaxation. Slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful." Continue to take long, slow, deep, breaths while feeling relaxed. Begin to mentally release the events of your day. Take several deep breaths, become relaxed and let it all go. Begin to practice mental relaxation today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully...
