End your day with quiet relaxation. Begin your quiet relaxation with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. Begin to focus your thoughts on forgiveness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe in deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body. Take a few moments to relax emptying your mind of thought. Begin to take slow, deep breaths and slowly feel the calm of peaceful relaxation. Breathe in slowly and begin to mentally relax. Gently feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, mentally release the events of your day. Take several deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health.
Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed. Enjoy the love, joy and peace that exist within YOU. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body. Slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful." As YOU feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, while taking long, slow, deep, breaths.

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....
