Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for your body, your health and your life. Become thankful for life, know that it is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within your heart and mind. Feel the release, relax and feel good on the inside.
Visualization
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your central focal point. Do this by visualizing a dot within your mind. Continue to visualize your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it then begin to completely focus on it. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue maintain your focus upon it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point. Visualization exercises help YOU to develop and maintain mental focus.

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully...
