End YOUR day with quiet reflection. Think and feel the feeling of gratitude. Sit quietly and feel the feeling of peacefulness. Relax yourself and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat the thought; I am positive, I am strong, I am peaceful. While YOU are thinking and feeling these thoughts, breathe, long, slow breaths. Continue to do this for a few moments prior to bed.
